ICH-Richtlinie für Restlösungsmittel inkl. Anhang I (ICH / Q3C): Ethylenoxid wird als Monomer für die Herstellung des Produkts verwendet. Es wird ein Restgehalt von 1 ppm im Endprodukt angegeben. Aufgrund der Art des Produktionsprozesses sind wahrscheinlich nur Lösungsmittel der Klasse 2, 1,4-Dioxan und Ethylenglykol, vorhanden. Alle liegen unter dem Grenzwert für Option 1 (1,4-Dioxan max. 1 ppm, Ethylenglykol max. 500 ppm). Anhang I der oben genannten ICH-Richtlinie ist nicht anwendbar.
Metallverunreinigungen gemäß ICH Q3D "Metallverunreinigungen" wurden für die Polyglykole in einer Risikobewertung bewertet. Eine separate Erklärung zu den Grenzwerten für Metallverunreinigungen nach ICH Q3D ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.
Sulfatasche, Glührückstände, reduzierende Substanzen und Metallverunreinigungen gemäß ICH Q3D werden in einem unregelmäßigen Testverfahren geprüft. Alle anderen auf dem CoA angegebenen Testergebnisse werden für jede einzelne Charge oder deren Vorläufercharge bestimmt. Die Viskosität bei 98,9 °C korreliert mit der Viskosität bei 20 °C.

Das Produkt erfüllt alle Spezifikationsanforderungen der aktuellen Version von Ph. Eur., USP-NF und JP. Hergestellt nach IPEC-GMP (Hilfsstoffe).
