Food-Verwendung Dieses Produkt ist für Anwendungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie geeignet. Der Anwender hat die Eignung für seine geplante Anwendung eigenverantwortlich zu prüfen
Status Allergen (Sulfit): Produkt enthält Sulfit. Dieses Produkt enthält keine weiteren allergieauslösenden Inhaltsstoffe und Derivate gemäß Anhang II Verordnung (EU) 1169/2011. Es besteht keine Gefahr der Kreuzkontamination.
Status GMO: Das Produkt erfüllt die Verordnungen EG-VO 1829/2003 und EG-VO 1830/2003. Es enthält keine genetisch veränderten Organismen und wird nicht unter Verwendung von Rohstoffen genetisch veränderten Ursprungs hergestellt. Das Produkt kommt während keiner Stufe des Herstellungsprozesses in Kontakt mit genetisch veränderten Organismen. Die unbeabsichtigte bzw. unvermeidbare "Cross-Contamination" mit GMO überschreiten nicht die Grenzen von 0,5% bzw. 0,9 %.
Verpackung Food: Das Verpackungsmaterial erfüllt Verordnung EG-VO 1935/2004, Verordnung EG-VO 2023/2006, und falls zutreffend Verordnung EU-VO 10/2011 und Richtlinie EG-RL 94/62.
