Der Hersteller bestätigt, dass das Produkt bei der Herstellung, Abfüllung und Lagerung mit den in der Ph.Eur. (ICH 283/95) und USP <467> genannten organischen Lösungsmitteln ("Residual Solvents") nicht in Berührung kommt.
Der Hersteller bestätigt, dass weitere Elemente nicht wissentlich hinzugegeben werden. Die Spezifikation beeinhaltet Monographie-spezifische Element Verunreinigungen. Diese werden weiterhin in der Spezifikation gemäß Mono- graphie Vorgabe berücksichtigt.
Schwermetall-Parameter dieser Spez. wurden gem. ICH-Richtlinie Q3D zu elementaren Verunreinigungen auf Basis einer produktbezogenen Risikobetrachtung festgelegt. Die Risikobetrachtung wurde unter Berücksichtigung der Option 1 (max. Tagesdosis 10g/d) für eine orale Anwendung durchgeführt. Sofern nicht anders angegeben oder spezifiziert, ist die Anwesenheit der Elemente der Klasse 1-3 (Klassifikation gem. ICH Q3D) oberhalb des Q3D Option 1 Grenzwertes gemäß unserer Überprüfung nicht wahrscheinlich.
